Dani Kramer, CCIM and Paul Bielec, CCIM work together as a team at Coldwell Banker Commercial, Schneidmiller Realty.

Our goal is to focus on assisting our investors understand their options throughout the real estate cycle, starting with the acquisition of commercial real estate and then eventually the disposition of their real estate assets. We take an overall planning approach to help our clients make the most appropriate and informed decisions possible.

Each of us hold the coveted CCIM Designation. Certified Commercial Investment Members are recognized experts in commercial and investment real estate. Each CCIM has completed a rigorous course of study and fulfilled professional experience requirements to earn the designation. In all, there are only about 15,000 CCIMs throughout the world today, which represents a very select group of all commercial and investments real estate professionals.

We are also both licensed REALTORs in the states of Idaho and Washington.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Dani attended Whitworth University where she earned a double major in Mathematics and Chemistry.
