Nasir Bajwa serves as a Commercial Director for KW Commercial. Bajwa brings more than 11 years of industry experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments to the table. Prior to joining KW Commercial Bajwa spent more than 3 years with Sperry Van Ness as Senior National Advisor, 4 years with Westfields Realty as Principal Broker and more than 4 years with Elite Realty Group as Principal Broker in Virginia State. Bajwa secured numerous transactions and was recognized and inducted as top producer for several years
by different trade associations. From raising capital on stock exchange to buying his first real estate investment while in college, Bajwa brings a unique broad range of talents to bear.
Bajwa’s real estate experience encompasses many facets of the business on a national level including: acquisition, disposition, asset/property management, distressed/reo assets, financial analysis/planning and leasing. And a strong background managing income-generating residential and commercial properties to protect and increase investment value. Bajwa was also a mortgage broker and real estate appraiser in State of Virginia.
As an active member of the real estate industry, Bajwa is licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of: Washington, Kansas, Indiana, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, West Virginia, North Carolina & Texas.
