Pat Eberlin's profile - overview

Pat Eberlin was born and raised in North Idaho contributing to his market knowledge and personal relationships. He pursued his College education and baseball career in San Diego, California while attending Point Loma Nazarene University and graduating with his Business Administration Degree.

After college, Pat immediately started his career in Real Estate working at Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial in San Diego. Pat joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in the early spring of 2008 bringing a strong sales and leasing background from Southern California.
He is a past President of the Coeur d' Alene Traders Club, which is the local commercial Agent/Broker information exchange organization and is also a local director for the Coeur d' Alene Association of Realtors. Pat is also very active in the community as the Coeur d' Alene High School Varsity Baseball pitching coach.
