What would be a fair price to pay for having someone create professinal looking aerials to be incorporated into retail property brochures for brokerage purposes? Also, what's a fair price to have an outside party manage the entire brochure creation and updating process? When i say creation, I mean using a template and inserting site features, demographics grid, building pic and market aerial.

Matt Liapis at Commerce GIS is a whiz at aerial creation, reasonably priced - give him a shoutout mliapis@comre.com

You could hire a virtual assistant to some of this work but I have found you eventually end up doing most of the work anyways. The assistant will need to get all the information from you so you might as well just plug it all into a template and call it good.

I hired a local ad agency to create marketing packages for me that were specific to retail, office, land and industrial. Now I simply enter the information and switch out the pictures. All in all it cost me around $800.

Some of the better looking brochures that I have seen are from commercialiq.com. It is a CIE like Loopnet but they create really nice PDF brochures with all the information you enter. I know of a few people that use real estate virtual assistants to enter all their listing information and they just pay by the hour.
