I have a company that would like to put a cell phone tower on the corner of my lot. What should I ask for rent and will this cause any problems when I sell the property in the future?

I have seen anything from $500 a year to over $50,000 a year. It all depends on your location and the market price for land. I would recommend talking to a broker in your area to get some comparables to work from.
