Does anyone have a checklist or best practices to follow when evaluating a property?

CCIM has some excellent resources for evaluating properties. I would highly recommend taking their classes where you will learn how to use their investment analysis spreadsheets. You can download the spreadsheets at md5-330accaffb28f90cb7bfb2b913f8f557
