We are seeing a lot of movement in the NNN investment market segment. There are a lot of investors sidelined with cash and others utilizing the 1031 Tax Exchange program. With uncertainty and lower returns in other investment options, NNN lease (aka mailbox money or armchair money) is a great way for investors to generate returns.
