Are digital signatures valid on a CRE contract?

As a follow up to my last question regarding paperless options, are digital signatures legal binding on a purchase and sale agreement?

Yes they are. Signed into law by Bill Clintin during his presidency. Hence the reason you can "sign" your name with those pens at the local grocery store, Best Buy, etc.
