The Site to Do Business is a great resource. You get access to several dozen databases that are all compiled on a map. They have great demographic, traffic and GIS reports.

CoStar is my main information resource. It is expensive and not all the data is correct but it is the best out there. I have been using their ipad app lately and love it.

Vizzda seems to be capable of assuming that top spot in the very near future. Tara Steele hits it right on the head when she states that "A major advantage the company has that sets it apart is that they never buy, sell or list real estate..." I think they will raise the bar for real estate information services.

As a tenant rep and office leasing broker without question CoStar. Many gripe about the price but I remember the old days of photo copying blacks guides pages with data that was 6 months old. It is the one data source I log into daily.

My primary resource for information is other brokers. Idaho is a non-disclosure state meaning most deals are not public. I rely on other brokers and appraisers in town to get the latest information.
