Does anyone know if it is possible to take depreciation on a building that reverts back to me at the end of a ground lease?

You will want to confirm this with you accountant. As I understand it, if your are the land owner you will not have a basis in the property if it is reverted to you. Because of this you will not be able to take depreciation on the building.
