I am just curious as to what the highest lease rates for office are running in NYC? It always amazes me the price some companies pay for prime office space.

Take a look at this article. It is a retail lease but rumored to be signed at a record breaking lease rate.

The Manhattan office market is still recovering. At the top of the market we did deals over $200/square foot. The highest I have seen lately is closer to $175/square foot.
