I'm looking to switch from ACT to a web based CRM. What is the best one to use?

I have been using REA for a couple of years and I am very happy with it. It is specifically for Commercial Real Estate. It is well-designed, support is good, and it is constantly being improved.

Here is a new CRM system that was just released. I have not tried it out yet but it looks promising.

Propertybase is the best cloud based CRM tool for CRE. It's powered by Salesforce, easy to customize, and very powerful. There are free demonstrations and trials.

That will make all the Mac users happy. I know a few brokers that stopped using REA when they switched to Mac.

www.ascendix.com is a CRM for CRE, available in the cloud or on-premise, mobile, customizable and used by 3 of the top 5 global firms. These are the corporate offices who have chosen this solution and their affliates and partners are joining as well. There is a free trial environments. Also, there are no upcharges for things like mobile access and outlook integration. There is no contract, it's a month-to-month subscription and any improvements made are rolled out to existing clients for free.

I have been using Highrise from 37 Signals. It is not built for CRE but it connects with gmail and mailchimp which is important to me.

37Signals puts out greats products with top-notch support. Highrise and Basecamp (project management from 37Signals) also compliment each other well.

AscendixRE has been around for 8 years traditionally deployed as an on-premise solution targeting larger brokerages. However, recently Ascendix has come out with an online version targeted at mid sized and smaller boutique brokerages. It has the same power and intelligent integration with tools like Outlook, Word, Excel and Sharepoint as the on-premise solution but delivered in the cloud. No software, no hardware.

We use PipelineDeals.com which is also not a CRE CRM. We added a few custom fields and it works well for us.

There are numerous CRM for CRE available. I have researched many for my clients and have concluded that Ascendix Technology offers a powerful tool for commercial real estate brokers. Built on the Microsoft platform, it offers the solutions necessary to increase productivity on all levels.
