Are there any good real estate investment clubs around San Diego?

I am looking for a peer group of investors to network with around San Diego. Does anyone have a recommendation? Thank you

I have a good friend that attends this club. http://www.meetup.com/FIBI-San-Diego-Investment-Club/ He said he has sourced a few deals out of the club.
